Heading up this division is Carl Arriaza, Illinois Licensed Realtor, Certified Distressed Property Specialist with over 4 years of transactional experience and collective 10 years of investment real state sales.

We recognize the emotional and sensitive nature of this division, and the toll such circumstances take on our clients, and their families.
