Effective July 19th, Four Daughters Real Estate has responded to the growing demand for qualified Estate, Trust and Elder Real Estate Services offering significant experience and aptitude when handling the inner workings of such emotionally difficult services.

Heading up this division is Carl Arriaza, Illinois Licensed Realtor, Certified Distressed Property Specialist with over 4 years of transactional experience and collective 10 years of investment real state sales.

We recognize the emotional and sensitive nature of this division, and the toll such circumstances take on our clients, and their families. By opening up the Estate Services Division we are prepared to do the work necessary to alleviate as much hardship through consistent communication to all parties involved, offering an extensive network of dependable professionals to maximize return on equity, and maintain utmost professionalism and respect for the sensitive nature of this business.  -Mario Bilotas, President, FDRE

Four Daughters Real Estate is properly positioned to exceed the needs of:

  • Estate & Probate Lawyers
  • Bank & Trust Officers
  • Elder Clients & their families
  • Post Divorce / Bankruptcy Real Estate

A large number of such properties are not as simple as standard home sales. Due to a number of circumstances, many homes require an Asset Management aptitude, clean out, renovation, staging and proper marketing.

Additionally, Four Daughters Real Estate is building new systems around this division to enhance communication between Attorneys, Trust Officers, Family Members as well as future parties to a transaction.

From 2009 through today, Four Daughters Real Estate has been performing such services for a number of families as well as organizations (Bank of America Trust Services, Wayne Hummer Trust Company and several others.)
